Licensed Home Inspector: This is a contractor position ideal for those interested in home inspection jobs. The Home Inspector will perform a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, which includes both existing homes and new construction projects. This role, designed for a fee, aims to identify defects within specific systems and components. As a licensed home inspector, you will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating a home's systems in accordance with our Standards of Practice. You will also provide a detailed report regarding your findings to the client in a timely manner, which will include an evaluation of all the home’s systems.
