Licensed Home Inspector:

This is a contractor position. The Home Inspector will perform a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (both existing homes and new construction projects), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components. The Home Inspector will be responsible to thoroughly evaluate a home's systems in accordance with our Standards of Practice. The Home Inspector will be required to provide a detailed report regarding findings to the client in a timely manner. This report will include an evaluation of all of the home’s systems. The Home Inspector will meet with clients on site, and be the primary point of contact for all client care needs.
