1. Roofing:
We inspect the age, material and the condition of the roof which are then assessed for signs of wear, damage and the remaining life expectancy. We also look for the potential for ice damming in and around the gutters.
2. Electrical:
We inspect the wiring, the Service panel, and the overall system for any safety issues such as outdated or faulty wiring; this is common in older homes.
3. Plumbing:
We inspect for any freezing concerns, leaks, if the plumbing is functioning properly and what type of material has been used. We do this to identify issues such as corrosion or polybutylene pipes which are prone to leaking.
4. HVAC:
We inspect the central heating system, ventilation and the air conditioning system where we identify if everything is operating properly and if there are any other signs of a recent or pending failure.
